Yes. Despite our low membership cost, we still offer discounts from time to time. Discount is applicable for both monthly and annual subscriptions, as well as for both parents and schools. Simply enter the coupon code when you sign up for the membership at the registration page.

    We are currently accepting PayPal payments and Credit Card payments via Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Mastercard Debit. All payments are securely processed via PayPal.

    No, an account registration is entitled to one child only. You will need to add more user accounts for the number of children.

    (Example: 4 children – 4 user accounts)

    At the registration page, the number of children is preselected as 1 by default. You can reselect and change the number of children you want.

    Yes. You can still add more children after you have signed up. If you had purchased the subscription for only 1 child, then you can add only one child’s user account in your user account profile. For example if you had purchased a subscription for 2 children, then you can add only 2 children’s user account in your user account.

    If you want to add more children, then you will need to purchase another subscription for the number of children’s user accounts of your choice. After your purchase, in your user account profile under the ‘Add Child’ section, you can select the subscription as to where you want to add a particular child in.

    At AJT Learning, we believe each child has a great potential to learn independently. We offer unlimited number of children adding to your user account.

    Yes. If you registering for more than one child in a single subscription, discount is applied from the second child onwards for both monthly and annually subscription.

    Yes. AJT Learning has programmed it’s system to benefit both children and parents. We encourage parents to learn the problem solving methods together with their children to enhance and refresh their knowledge. Once you learn the methods, you can guide and coach your child whenever necessary.

    As a teacher, you will have to subscribe under schools membership if you want to purchase for your pupils only. By subscribing for school membership, you will be saving a significant amount of cost.

    Yes. As a private tutor, you will have to subscribe under the individual parents membership. Once you have signed up, login into your account to add your pupils in your user account profile.

    AJT Learning provides a seller’s account for anyone who is able to invite pupils, parents, teachers and schools to subscribe and use our online learning portal. By doing so, AJT Learning is offering percentage profit sharing to the seller in a monthly basis.

    To become a seller, simply click on the seller’s button at the bottom of the page and fill in the necessary informations to submit. Our sales and support team will respond back to you upon receiving.

    We do not emphasis much on any paper qualification. We believe in one’s talent. If you think you are confident enough to do the upfront sales for us, by all means you are most welcome.

    Upon receiving seller request form, our sales and support team will analysis and respond back to you with a coupon code. If you did not receive a coupon code within 24hrs, please contact our sales and support team for assistance.

    Sellers who invite people to subscribe to our online learning portal should provide this registered coupon code to them. When users subscribe, they should use this given coupon code for a discounted price. The sellers profit earning will be from this discounted price.

    Our system will keep track and accumulate the number of subscriptions made using this coupon code in a given time frame. After which, the amount earned by the seller will be computed in our system and then the payment will be made to him/her.

    Upon registering as a seller, you will get access to your seller’s account where you can keep track of your sales. In this way, there will be a transparent transaction between both parties to prevent misunderstanding.

    You will be paid in standard US Dollars no matter where you are.

    There is no restriction as a seller. You can not only restricted to your own local country but you can also promote and invite people from any part of the world. You can use all means of social medias such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Radio Broadcast etc. for your support Internationally. The more number of people you can invite to subscribe to our online learning portal, the higher will be your earning.

    At the login page, You can retrieve your password by clicking on the ‘Lost your password?’ link and then enter the email address to submit. Your new account password will be send to your email account inbox. If you can’t find the new password mail in your inbox, then check your spam mail folder.

    You will need to login to your user account profile and go to the “Add Child” section. You can keep adding the child for the number of children you had purchased the subscription for. For example if you had purchased the subscription for 3 children, then you can add only 3 children in your user account. To add more children, you will need to purchase another subscription. Then at the ‘Add Child’ section, you can select the purchased subscription lists as to where you want to add a particular child in. You can also add additional children accounts here.

    Each email account registration is only for one child’s account. You cannot use the same email address more than once. Your child’s account password will be send to the registered email address inbox. If you can’t find the password mail in your inbox, then check inside your spam mail folder for the mail.

    Note: The system will not display your purchased subscription lists in the ‘Add Child’ section, if you had cancelled your subscription before adding your child in. You will have to activate back the subscription to add your child in.

    You can cancel the membership subscription by login to you account profile. Under ‘Check History’ section, click on the “Cancel” button to cancel the subscription. You can choose to reactivate your subscription anytime again by clicking on the “Activate” button. Please take note that the reactivation process may takes up to 24 hours depending on the traffic.

    Please contact our sales and support team to cancel your account. Please note that we do not offer a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.

    If your email account or your child’s email account is having trouble login to our system, you might have probably forgotten or accidentally changed the account password.

    Try to login again by resetting the account’s password at the login page. Click on the ‘Lost your password?’ link and then enter the email address to submit. Your new account password will be send to your email account inbox. If you can’t find the new password mail in your inbox, then check your spam mail folder.

    If the problem still persist, kindly contact our support team for assistance.

    If your email account or your child’s email account is not able to access the levels or the “Access Levels” section is missing, you might have probably cancelled the subscription before the expiry date, in which previously your child’s email account was. As a result, your child’s account did not auto renew on the expiry date and must have got expired. Therefore, the “Access Levels” section will not be displayed on the user account profile.

    In order to get access to the levels again, you would need to “Activate” the subscription at the ‘Check History’ section. To avoid this problem in future, you may not want to cancel the subscription to prevent account disruption to access the levels.

    In your user account “Check History” section, if you see the amount status as ‘processing’, it means that your subscription payment profile is being created and your payment is under process through PayPal’s gateway. When the transaction has completed, it will be automatically updated in the system. Only then will the “Access Levels” section be available and you will be able to access the levels. Please be patient as the transaction completion process may takes up to 24 hours depending on the traffic.

    If you had used your PayPal account for your subscription payment and you also did not made any subscription cancellation, then most probably at the time of your account subscription renewal, your PayPal account did not had sufficient fund for a successful transaction. As a result, your account subscription is not yet renewed due to the insufficient fund. You will need to ensure that you have sufficient fund in your PayPal account before you can “Activate” back the subscription at the ‘Check History’ section.

    To avoid this problem in future, please ensure that you have sufficient fund in your PayPal account at the time of your subscription auto-renewal transaction.
